Refund policy

Any payments made by credit card will incur an additional 15% administration charge on refunds

Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to the forum will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of £20

Cancellations after 3 weeks will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee paid

Cancellations within 7 days of the convention, or without notification will not be refunded under any circumstances
